Role Description

Our client, a leading company based in Landshut-Germany, is seeking a Technical Marketing Specialist with a strong background in CMOS design and semiconductor technologies. In this role, you will act as the bridge between customer requirements and product innovation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet market demands and drive success in a competitive landscape.


Key Responsibilities:

I) Data Gathering and Analysis

  • Perform market and competitiveness analysis
  • Analyze the capabilities of competitors by testing their products
  • Analyze problems, develop solutions and elaborate organizational decisions having clear the business needs and the impacts on the organization and resources
  • Execute market analysis, definition of Product Roadmap


II) Technical writing

  • Create design guides, troubleshooting guides, evaluation guides, application notes, technical white papers, presentations, videos and demonstrations for our products
  • Build and maintain a demonstration environment for our products


III) Technical Support

  • Work hand by hand with the product line leaders to ensure that our products are competitive in their markets
  • Listen and understand the client's point of view (both internal and external) building relationships based on mutual respect
  • Plan team activities to meet customer needs
  • Execute the second level support for customer or field inquiries, work with a cross-functional team of Design, Technology and FAEs
  • Support product launch activities and assist with Tradeshows, Conferences and Technical Sales Training or Channel Partner Training activities


IV) People Development

  • Delegate effectively and constantly monitors the workload of the collaborators
  • Establish effective channels for communication with his collaborators and internal or external customers
  • Efficiently and effectively update the team adapting style and content to the various needs
  • Take care of the engagement of people, through timely individual performance management
  • Take care of professional development, through a constant checking of the fitting between needed skills and their proficiency


Qualifications:

  • Education: Master's or Diploma in Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in technical roles related to CMOS design and semiconductor technologies.
  • Proven track record in customer and field engagement.
