Role Description
This role calls for someone who can quickly understand the business, build trust across teams, and offer practical, people-focused solutions. This position is ideal for someone who brings both structure and flexibility—comfortable working across borders, communicating with diverse stakeholders, and making decisions that balance people needs with business goals. A background in managing complex HR topics, a strong command of English, and a genuine interest in fostering a positive, high-performing culture are key to success in this role. Knowledge of local labor law and previous experience in an international setting would be an advantage.

- Manage employee relations, policy implementation, and serve as an escalation point for HR issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws
- Drive employee engagement, talent development, and retention programs
- Oversee performance management cycles and workforce planning metrics
- Identify and support talent development initiatives and succession planning
- Maintain strong collaboration with international stakeholders to uphold a culture of excellence in hybrid work environments
- Act as a confidential liaison between employees and management on sensitive matters
