Role Description
We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic/Digital Designer to lead the creation of compelling visual content across print and digital channels. This role will support our marketing initiatives by delivering high-quality, on-brand designs that align with strategic goals and deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and design a wide range of print and digital materials, including brochures, social media content, presentations, and online ads.
- Adhere to brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all projects.
- Retouch and manipulate images to meet quality standards.
- Assist in social media management by creating visually appealing content and maintaining brand voice.
- Utilize graphic design software and work with a variety of media to produce creative solutions.
- Collaborate on the development of innovative design concepts and campaigns.
- Assemble final presentation materials and prepare files for printing or digital distribution.
Requirements:
- Extensive knowledge of layout design, typography, color theory, line composition, and other core design principles.
- Expertise in 3D Design and utilisation of AI tools.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Practical working knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
- Strong creative thinking, with a keen eye for detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to turn concepts into visually appealing designs.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on time in a fast-paced environment.
