Role Description
The
Senior Account Manager will be a proactive hunter entrusted with launching
SGS’s client expansion efforts across Europe. The ideal
candidate will aggressively target, engage, and convert senior decision-makers,
positioning SGS’s Department as a Solution (DaaS) to new clients—especially SMB
and SME organisations.
The candidate must:
- Own the end-to-end sales cycle: from initial outreach and lead generation to
needs discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Aggressively pursue new client acquisition in 2025–2026, with structured
activity and measurable outcomes.
- Maintain weekly funnel and forecast calls to drive incremental new sales
revenue.
- Execute joint collaboration with Operations, IT and Human Resources in client ramp-ups and implementation for new departments.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in B2B
sales, account management, or business development in BPO, SaaS, or managed service-based industries.
- Proven client acquisition success, especially within the SMB and SME sectors in Europe.
- Experience mastering structured sales cycles, enabling revenue forecasts, and
closing new clients.
- Fluency in English (C1) is a must; additional European languages is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field;
remote‑friendly, reporting to the CSO.
