Role Description
Help shape the future of digital solutions for the public sector. As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll work on impactful products while collaborating with an agile team that values innovation and technical excellence
We are looking for a Full Stack Developer with 3.5+ years of professional experience to join our growing team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications across the entire technology stack. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and efficient solutions that support our business and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the architecture of a product built on an existing platform (APIs, frontend components, build tools).
- Write and review code and tests for both frontend and backend components.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and team members to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
- Guide the team toward sound technical and architectural decisions.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, scalability, and security.
You Bring
- 3.5+ years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
- Expertise with Java or Kotlin for backend development.
- Strong experience with Angular 18 for front-end development.
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL databases.
- Solid understanding of REST API design and implementation.
- Exposure to Kafka or similar event-streaming technologies (nice-to-have).
- Experience with agile collaboration tools such as Jira, GitLab, and Confluence.
- Strong habits in code review, testing, and documentation.
- Fluent German (B2/C1) and excellent communication skills.
