Role Description
Shape the future of digital solutions for the public sector. Join as a Software Architect and play a key role in building a product that will make a meaningful impact — working in an agile team that values collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
You’ll be the technical backbone of a compact development team — combining architecture, coding, and mentoring to ensure the delivery of a robust, scalable product. This is a hands-on role where you’ll lead by example, guide the team in technical decisions, and actively contribute to the codebase.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the architecture of a product built on an existing platform (APIs, frontend components, build tools).
- Write and review code and tests for both frontend and backend components.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and team members to translate requirements into high-quality technical solutions.
- Guide the team toward sound technical and architectural decisions.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, scalability, and security.
You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in software architecture and full-stack development
- Hands-on expertise with Java or Kotlin
- Strong experience with Angular 18
- Proficiency with PostgreSQL
- Solid understanding of REST APIs
-Exposure to Kafka or similar event-streaming technologies (nice-to-have)
- Strong code review, testing, and documentation habits
- Fluent German (B2/C1) and excellent communication skills
