Role Description
Our client is an innovative semiconductor company specializing in advanced sensing solutions based on Hall-effect technology. They develop and produce high-performance sensors for measuring magnetic fields, with a strong focus on automotive, industrial, and energy applications. Their portfolio includes 3D position sensors and magnetic current sensors, designed for high sensitivity, low power consumption, and easy system integration.
You will play a key role in supporting the creation, design, execution, and management of high-quality marketing content across digital and customer-facing channels.
You will work closely with Product Marketing, Global Marketing, Sales, and technical teams to help communicate our technologies, product portfolio, applications, and value propositions to customers, distributors, partners, and internal stakeholders.
This is a hands-on role, ideal for a proactive and highly organized digital marketing professional who enjoys combining content creation, visual design, digital marketing execution, and structured asset management in a fast-moving technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Content Creation
- Create, update, and improve marketing content such as product one-pagers, application briefs, sales presentations, flyers, articles, product pages, newsletters, and campaign materials.
- Translate technical product information into clear, customer-oriented messaging for external and internal audiences.
- Support the development of content for product launches, campaigns, exhibitions, customer meetings, and distributor communication.
- Prepare sales enablement materials, including customer-facing presentations, product briefs, demo descriptions, application overviews, and distributor training materials.
Visual Design & Digital Assets
- Design professional visual assets for digital and sales channels, including LinkedIn visuals, banners, infographics, website graphics, event materials, product visuals, and presentation layouts.
- Improve the visual quality and consistency of marketing materials by applying brand guidelines, layout principles, and professional design standards.
- Create polished PowerPoint presentations with a strong B2B look and feel.
- Support the creation and optimization of digital assets for exhibitions, product campaigns, customer meetings, and distributor packages.
Website, Digital Marketing & Campaign Support
- Support the development and maintenance of website content, including product pages, technology pages, application pages, and downloadable marketing materials.
- Prepare and execute digital marketing activities such as LinkedIn posts, product announcements, campaign content, exhibition communication, and product launch support.
- Help ensure that all marketing content is accurate, up to date, approved, and aligned with business priorities.
- Support structured marketing asset management across digital platforms, internal libraries, CMS tools, SharePoint, or similar systems.
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track and analyze digital marketing performance, including website traffic, LinkedIn engagement, campaign results, content downloads, and lead-generation indicators.
- Identify opportunities to improve content performance, campaign effectiveness, and digital engagement.
- Provide regular input on how marketing materials and digital activities can be improved.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 4+ years of experience in digital marketing, B2B marketing, product marketing communication, content marketing, or marketing design.
- Experience creating professional marketing content for complex products, technical solutions, or B2B audiences.
- Experience supporting digital campaigns, website content, LinkedIn communication, product launches, or sales enablement activities.
- Previous experience working with cross-functional teams such as Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Global Marketing.
- Experience in technology, electronics, semiconductor, industrial, automotive, or B2B engineering environments is highly preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with semiconductor, sensor, power electronics, automotive, industrial, or deep-tech marketing.
- Familiarity with CMS platforms, SharePoint, marketing asset libraries, or digital content management systems.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, website content optimization, and lead-generation workflows.
- German language skills are a plus, but not mandatory.
