We need an experienced senior recruiter who will build short term a recruiter network across CEE followed by building a recruitment team local. This position has the potential for an experience self-driven individual with leadership potential to move into the team lead position for the recruitment team during 2022. Within a 24 month – 36 month window that person could emerge into the Head of Recruitment position. We are a fast-growing startup, and we seek driven individuals with the mentality and ability to perform and deliver.
It is vital that the candidate understands the importance of “research and identification” in a recruitment context He / She should be able to work in a team as well as on their own initiative.
The candidate should be able to communicate properly, verbally and written, with team members at the work location itself as well as with SGS members.
In order to work efficiently with all the company systems, it is essential for the candidate to have IT experience and proficiency in MS Office, candidate will be expected to act pro-actively at all times, especially on the phone.
We seek an individual who is keen on identifying exceptional talent that meets the requirements established by our clients worldwide:
Implement an external recruiter matrix across CEE to be able to quickly support our clients needs for DaaS implementation in Zagreb.
Recruit and select the most highly qualified candidates to meet hiring requirements, which includes but is not limited to: sourcing, screening, and interviewing; guiding a selection conversation with the hiring team; initiating a superior on-boarding experience
Collaborate with the SGS implemented external recruitment suppliers. Key leadership to clearly identify hiring needs and utilize the most effective and efficient recruiting means to right-fit hire for open positions. Implement weekly report sessions with suppliers and deliver a reliable report of progress to Operations and the client.
Assist with various corporate-wide hiring initiatives and implement best practices in the recruitment of qualified candidates
Network via industry contacts, association memberships, colleges/universities, trade groups, social media, and employee referrals to source candidates for open positions and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of hiring needs
Manage online and social media recruiting efforts; utilize outside recruitment agencies when necessary; and be involved in various college recruitment events
Assess resumes and applications to determine best qualified applicants
Conduct interviews (phone, video, face-to-face) to qualify top candidates (e.g., skills, culture fit)
Finalize the selection process as authorized by Talent Acquisition Manager which includes: prepare written offer documents; coordinate to completion of pre-employment conditions (background and reference checks, etc) and, in alignment with talent branding, timely communicate with candidates who were not selected
Work across locations, as part of a global team, with colleagues on projects which enhance the efficacy of the SGS Talent Acquisition Team
