Experience with complex system integrations, especially of multi-channel contact center solutions (Mandatory Genesys)
Good German and English skills in word and writing
Wide-ranging IT know-how (operating systems, databases)
Experience in dealing with modern programming languages and web technologies
Knowledge of THE IT/TK infrastructure
Working independently, solution-oriented, and think analytically
Studied computer science or communications technology, or comparable training with professional experience as an IT specialist

Taking charge of support and further development of software solutions for customer relationship management after commissioning
Working closely with the project team during the implementation phase and get to know the solution in detail
