Administration, configuration, and support of critical software systems (e.g., PowerBI and PowerAutomate).
Application lifecycle management, including requirements gathering, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for resolving issues related to critical systems.
Familiarity with information security practices and potential training as an information security officer (ISB).
Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and flexibility to handle rapidly changing requirements.
Experience in work and proven experience in Power Automate OR Power BI

Role description
This role entails owning the administration, configuration, and support of crucial software systems (e.g., PowerBI, PowerAutomate) as a Mid Application Admin. You will manage the application life cycle, ensure software system availability, install, integrate, and configure applications, handle documentation and issue resolution, and participate in information security training.
Critical Software Systems: Gain experience in administering and supporting essential software systems
like PowerBI, PowerAutomate and others similar.
Application Life Cycle: Coordinate the full cycle of applications, from requirements to deployment and
maintenance, ensuring business needs are met.
System Management: Manage software systems, ensuring availability, reliability, and proactively
mitigating risks.
Integration and Deployment: Install and integrate new applications into existing systems.
Documentation and Issue Resolution: Maintain documentation, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related
to critical systems.
Information Security Training: Opportunity for training as an information security officer (ISO).
Competencies
At least 3 years of experience in the administration of at least 1 highly complex application (e.g. client-server architecture)
Experience with highly complex crucial application (like Power BI, Power Automate, Odoo)
A background in application administration within the Microsoft business world is very appreciated
