As our Operations Support Specialist, you will be challenged to be creative in supporting our Project Manager for various administrative duties surrounding a project, as well as support the daily operations of our company.
Role description
Assisting the Project Manager
Reporting possible errors
Supporting software clients
Researching and creating manuals, tutorials, and similar
Maintaining the software data
To hold training for different modules of the software to clients
Providing IT support by creating a user set up of workplace
CRM administration
Support to other company's departments
Competencies
Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal and able to communicate with the team
Advanced MS Office user
Proficient in documentation processes and keeping up with industry trends
Experience in CRM Systems
Interest in the IT industry and software development
Proactive, creative, and initiatives to propose new ideas and solutions to daily challenges
