Possess a minimum of 1 year of sales experience, ideally as a Sales Development Representative or similar.
Can demonstrate your effectiveness and strong articulation of product selling points via phone and email.

Role description
Are you a proactive and driven individual with a passion for sales? We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team and play a crucial role in identifying and nurturing potential sales opportunities. As an SDR, you will employ a variety of outreach methods to engage with prospective clients and introduce them to our products and solutions. Your efforts will contribute to building a robust pipeline of qualified leads and driving revenue growth for our organization.
Employ various prospecting methods, including cold calling, emailing, social selling, and other innovative approaches to identify potential sales opportunities.
Take the lead in educating prospects about our products and solutions, guiding them through the client's journey, and nurturing relationships until they are qualified and prepared for discussions with a Sales Director.
Utilize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and supporting tools to effectively manage and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects. Ensure accurate and timely data entry, reporting, and tracking of all interactions and leads.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities. Share insights, feedback, and market intelligence to support the development of effective sales strategies.
Strive to meet and exceed goals by consistently achieving daily, weekly, and monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Demonstrate a commitment to achieving and surpassing them.
Bring your creative ideas and problem-solving skills to the table to help develop and refine sales strategies, processes, and tactics.
