You would be the perfect fit for our company if you possess the following qualifications:

  • 4+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiting Consultant, Talent Acquisition Consultant, Researcher & Recruiter, or Coordinator for Engineering profiles

  • Hands-on experience with HR databases or CRM Systems

  • Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation

  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills

  •       Strong selection skills

Education (min)

Master degree in HR, Management, or any related career

Role description

You can help us with these duties and responsibilities:

  • developing sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans

  • performing the entire recruitment process independently

  • participating in talent search within assignments from clients

  • representing the company at career and college fairs and similar events

  • being creative with sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles

  • maintaining constant communication with candidates and clients

  • closing deals and managing accounts.


The ideal candidate should possess the following competencies:

  • expertise in using B2B tools such as LinkedIn, Xing, and alternatives

  • excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • strong interpersonal skills

  • ability to deal with multiple projects at a time and problem-solving skills

  • excellent data processing and IT skills

  • strong attention to detail

  • sales skills (is a plus)
