You would be the perfect fit for our company if you possess the following qualifications:
4+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiting Consultant, Talent Acquisition Consultant, Researcher & Recruiter, or Coordinator for Engineering profiles
Hands-on experience with HR databases or CRM Systems
Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening, and evaluation
Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
Strong selection skills
Master degree in HR, Management, or any related career

Role description
You can help us
with these duties and responsibilities:
developing sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans
performing the entire recruitment process independently
participating in talent search within assignments from clients
representing the company at career and college fairs and similar events
being creative with sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles
maintaining constant communication with candidates and clients
closing deals and managing accounts.
