As our Office Assistant, you will be challenged to be creative in supporting our Office Management for various administrative duties regarding projects.

Role description

  • Welcome employees, suppliers, partners, guests
  • Order/ keep track of office supplies & stationery    
  • Secretarial services (calls, emails, printing, scanning, archiving)
  • Meetings coordination, provide meeting reports and minutes
  • Mailbox regular check-ups
  • Post office duties and responsibilities    
  • Manage staff/ client/ guest bookings of flights/ accommodation
